exiting Cape Reinga and not sailing far enough west, is finally being
resolved as we sail west slowly.
Currently under #1 genoa, full main 20 knots of breeze from 90 ish AWA.
Great to be at sea for some ??? well today is the day every 4 years a
girl can propose, I assume SSANZ put this race on this day to give it's
members an excuse to be away from home.
Both of us are getting lots of rest, and working hard to make th boat
ready for the comming few days.
Hi Sally and Rob,
ReplyDeletelooks like a tough few hours ahead. Great to read you got good rest and are ready to tackle whatever is thrown at you. Keep following you closely. Almost as exciting as sailing myself but much more comfortable. You will be back up at the top of the leader board where you belong shortly!
Take care

Hi Sally & Rob
ReplyDeleteHope that you are still keeping well and safe in what are set to be some testing conditions over the next couple of days (tougher than last years RNI race for sure!). Keep it up and make sure you and the boat stay in good shape ready for the finish in Stewart Island and a well deserved rest.
All the best We will be watching the tracker.
