Upright and going forward

Upright and moving forward ... this is mantra of the group of girls I cycle with, and will be firmly in my head for the next leg starting at 17:00 today. The start is late to allow the deep draughted boats to get out of the harbour.

The breaking waves have gone from the entrance from the marina to the sea and while the day is the kind of grey and dull, there is not much wind. The forecast warning for the are Napier and surrounds is for heavy rain, which is fine as we are already in an Ark.

For those of you who have contacted in regard to Neil's blog... Goodbye Steak and Mushroom Pie, he says there will be an update tonight! To those of you who have concerns about the content of the blog, I am sorry he is an Easton and they speak their minds... when there is two of them they speak their minds at the same time, more than two of them in a room partaking in this, and EAR DEFENCE is recommended.

Thanks to all of my friends that have contacted me over the last few days, your support is gold, don't worry I will be back to provide entertaining stories soon, including being part of a Chris Skinner near death experience.
