Rob and i were unable to celebrate our great result in leg , due to our insurer deciding at the last minute not to cover us.
We were both guttered, stressed and generally upset. But today at 12 noon, Bob Carins at Hauraki Insurance struck a deal with NZI to cover us.
We made the start at 13:00, legal to race but tired. We now under kite, cleaning up the boat across Doutless Bay
