Update

Sorry for the radio silence, we have been busy of late.

Today Coppelia has been hauled out of the water, in preparation for our “Xmas holiday” of re-antifouling the hull and working on the rudder. The mast was taken out yesterday,  and is in the Gulf Harbour Riggers shed ready to have the final checks completed.

Since the White Island Race, Rob and I have been busy completing the installation of our NEXUS NXR electronics and AutoPilot, with help from Peter Woolf of Kiwi Yachting Consultants. I have finally after 13 months (and many very late nights) made a HF weather fax decoder that works…….more on these things soon.

Rob and I would like to wish you all a safe and restful holiday season. And thank those people who have helped us with our adventures including …

  • Tasman Bay Navigation Systems / Expedition and Nick White
  • Kiwi Yachting Consultants / Nexus – Richard, Woolfie and all of the team
  • Gulf Harbour Riggers
  • Gulf Habour Electronics
  • Charles and Marie of SV Dreamcatcher
  • Christine and Russell Weston
  • Steve and Megan Cranch
  • Neil and Bill Easton
